I have done a significant amount of pool running and feel that is actually made me stronger and faster, allowing more sport-specific workout time without the abuse. There was a lot of info on using it to recover from injuries, but none on it as a supplement when I first started. I haven't had a running injury since I started pool running three years ago, with the exception of the 4 months I hit the road full time. <br /><br />Like you said, it actually takes jumping in and getting wet to see how well it works! I hope you don't mind if I link your blog in one of my pool running posts, so that people see someone who came back so well from an injury and then is using it to supplement it and how well it works!!! You are a better example than me of how well it works. <br /><br />I told George 3 years ago, I won't be happy until everyone is pool running!
