This week was 59 miles of running, 15 "miles" of pool-running, and 3000 yards of swimming -- training log is here.
First week back on the track, so woo. Fitness improves week after week so woo for that too. I had some very early signs of overdoing it in the middle of the week, so I took a very easy day on Thursday (just a bit of beltless pool-running). That was enough for a rest and reset, and the balance of the week went well.
Other than that, a bunch of stuff happened in DC. This isn't a political blog, so I'll avoid that topic here. Plenty of other places where it's covered.
