This week was 40 miles of running, 14 "miles" of pool-running and 1000 yards of swimming -- training log is here.
Just a quick placeholder for Cherry Blossom week. I'm particularly amused that my mile uptempo on Friday was at the exact same pace I ran Sunday's 10 mile race.
I have the BAA 5K in Boston this coming Saturday, so recovery is the priority for the upcoming week.
