Dailies
Monday: DIY yoga and 6 "miles" of pool-running. Foam rolling at night.
Tuesday: 7 miles very easy (9:07) and DIY yoga. Foam rolling at night.
Wednesday: 7 miles, including 3x800 in 2:58, 2:55, 2:55. Followed with 500 yards recovery swimming. Massage in afternoon.
Thursday: Very light upper body weights/core followed by 4 "miles" of pool-running. Foam rolling at night.
Friday: 3 miles very easy (8:51) and DIY yoga. Foam rolling at night.
Saturday: 2 miles very easy (9:11), drills, 2 strides, DIY yoga, and foam rolling.
Sunday: .7 mile warm-up, then first 5 miles of the One City Marathon (7:24/7:12/6:58/6:47/6:44).
